Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of PrimusReview, an AI-assisted compliance review tool for promotional materials in the UK pharmaceutical industry. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. The Service
PrimusReview provides AI-assisted first-pass compliance review of promotional materials against the ABPI Code of Practice (2024 edition). The Service is intended to assist qualified professionals in identifying potential compliance issues prior to formal MLR review. It is not a substitute for professional legal, regulatory, or medical advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is intended for use by professionals working in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at dthompson221198@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
5. Free trial and subscriptions
New accounts receive 5 free reviews upon registration. Continued access beyond the free trial requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to review materials you do not have the right to submit, attempt to reverse engineer the underlying AI models, submit identifiable patient data, or use automated scripts without prior written consent.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of any documents you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the review analysis. We do not use your content to train AI models.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that review outputs are accurate, complete, or free from error. AI systems can and do make mistakes. Review outputs should always be assessed by a qualified professional before being relied upon.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
